I was recommended Cam Brumby by a mutual friend, and it is genuinely hard to put into words just how good he was throughout the entire process.
Cam helped navigate tricky visa issues, lender complications and guarantor requirements, all on very short notice. That saga alone would have been enough for a five star review.
On top of that, I unknowingly brought an incredibly difficult ( putting it lightly ) conveyancer into the process which made the final few weeks before settlement far more stressful than they needed to be. Cam was forced to deal with problems that really were not necessary nor part of his job description and handled it with complete professionalism, patience and persistence. He went above and beyond effectively guiding the process through to the very end when I was completely lost and unsure what to do ( along with my conveyancer…)
I can honestly say I would not have ended up with our house if it were not for Cam’s help.
He was also incredibly responsive and upbeat throughout everything. Over Easter, weekends and while he was away. I must have emailed him what felt like a thousand times and he always got back to me quickly and calmly. Writing this review doesn’t do justice to just how helpful, approachable and reassuring he was.
I hope whoever reads this has a smoother case than mine but if your situation is difficult or complicated I can guarantee you will be in the best possible hands with Cam.

We cannot recommend Kaya highly enough!
Kaya has been our broker since we purchased our first home three years ago, and from day one he has gone above and beyond for us.
